• Booking & shipment: pickup/drop addresses, parcel details, tracking numbers, driver info.
• Payment & billing: card/transaction details (via payment processor).
• Device & usage: IP, cookies, logs, location (if you enable tracking).
• Special categories (only if declared): customs data, declared value or insurance details.

3. How we use data

• To confirm, pick up, transport and deliver shipments.
• To process payments, invoices and refunds.
• To provide tracking, notifications and customer support.
• To prevent fraud and comply with laws (customs, safety).
• To improve services and send service-related messages.

4. Legal basis (if EU users)

For EU users we rely on: contract performance (bookings), legal compliance, legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement) and, where needed, consent. (See GDPR notice requirements.)

5. Sharing & third parties

We share data with: drivers and carriers, payment processors, customs/authorities, technology providers (maps, SMS, email), and service partners. We do not sell personal data for ad-targeting (or state if you do). Use contracts to require processors to protect data.

We use cookies and analytics to operate the site and improve UX. Include a short cookie notice and opt-out link where required.

7. Retention

We retain booking, billing and tracking data for as long as needed for services, legal compliance, claims and tax purposes (specify periods).

8. Security

We use administrative, technical and physical controls to protect data; however, no system is fully secure — report incidents to us immediately.

9. Your rights (brief)

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, portability, object, and (for CA residents) opt-out of sale/sharing. Provide easy methods to exercise rights (email/portal).

10. International transfers

If data moves across borders (e.g., fleet, carriers, processors), we use lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

11. Children

Our services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 (or adjust to local age limit).
